1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Batelithium website, requesting a quotation, using the energy calculator, submitting an inquiry, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit an order.

2. Products and Services

Batelithium manufactures and supplies LiFePO4 batteries, home energy storage systems, commercial and industrial BESS, solar inverters, PCS, EMS, battery cabinets, and related energy-storage equipment. Website product specifications, images, datasheets, certificates, prices, and availability are provided for inquiry and project evaluation and may change as models, firmware, accessories, certifications, or project requirements change.

3. Quotations, Orders, and Payment

Published prices or reference prices are not a final project quotation unless confirmed in writing by Batelithium.
Final quotations may depend on battery model, system capacity, inverter compatibility, certification requirements, destination, shipping method, and order quantity.
Orders are confirmed only after payment terms, product configuration, shipping terms, and customer information are accepted.
Batelithium may cancel or revise an order because of pricing error, stock change, unsafe configuration, unsupported destination, or suspected fraud.

4. Product Use and Safety

LiFePO4 battery, inverter, PCS, and BESS products must be installed and used by qualified personnel according to Batelithium documentation, local electrical codes, and safe energy-storage practice.

Use products within the rated voltage, current, temperature, communication, and installation conditions.
Confirm inverter, charger, BMS, wiring, breaker, cabinet, ventilation, and grounding compatibility before use.
Do not disassemble, modify, overload, short-circuit, expose to water, or install products in unsafe environments.
Recycle or dispose of battery products according to applicable local environmental and transport regulations.

5. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All website text, product images, logos, diagrams, datasheets, calculators, and technical content are owned by Batelithium or used with permission. You may not reproduce, scrape, redistribute, or use Batelithium content for misleading, competing, or unauthorized commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Batelithium is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or project-delay damages arising from website use, quotation delay, improper installation, unsupported configuration, or misuse of products. Batelithium liability for an approved product claim is limited to the remedies stated in the applicable warranty, return, and after-sales policy.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by applicable international trade and commercial laws. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith technical review and commercial negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

8. Changes to Terms

Batelithium may update these terms when products, markets, payment methods, shipping rules, warranty procedures, or legal requirements change. Continued website use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
