1. Global Standard Shipping
Batelithium offers free standard international shipping for eligible published online product offers in supported Google Merchant Center target countries and regions. The shipping charge shown for these offers is 0.00. Import duties, taxes, customs charges, destination handling fees, and special remote-area surcharges are not included unless confirmed in writing by Batelithium.
2. Processing Time
Standard orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days after payment and order details are confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking or logistics information once the order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
Most international LiFePO4 battery, home ESS, C&I BESS, inverter, PCS, and battery-cabinet orders are shipped by standard freight or sea freight. Estimated delivery time is typically 32 to 57 business days, including order processing and transportation. Delivery time may vary by destination, customs clearance, carrier capacity, holidays, battery transport documentation requirements, and local delivery conditions.
4. Custom and Bulk Orders
For custom, made-to-order, oversized, palletized, or bulk B2B orders, the production and shipping timeline will be confirmed before payment or production begins. Typical custom production lead time is 2-4 weeks depending on specifications.
5. Shipping Methods
We use shipping methods suitable for LiFePO4 energy-storage products:
- Standard international shipping - Free for eligible published online offers
- Sea freight or freight forwarding - Used for large, heavy, palletized, or regulated battery and BESS shipments
- Express or special logistics - Available only when confirmed in writing and may require an additional quote
6. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipments may be subject to:
- Import duties and taxes (responsibility of the buyer)
- Customs clearance delays beyond our control
- Additional documentation requirements for LiFePO4 battery, ESS, BESS, inverter, or PCS shipments
Battery products may be classified as regulated or dangerous goods depending on transport mode and destination. Batelithium prepares battery transport documents such as MSDS, UN38.3, product labels, packing information, and other documents when applicable, and uses packaging suitable for safe international delivery.
7. Shipping Costs
For eligible published online offers, standard international shipping is free and shown as 0.00. If a product, order quantity, destination, remote area, or requested delivery method requires a different logistics solution, Batelithium will confirm the shipping method and any additional cost with the customer before the order is processed.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
