What is the warranty on BATE Lithium batteries?
All BATE Lithium residential batteries come with a 5-year standard warranty. Extended warranty up to 10 years is available for registered systems. Commercial BESS systems carry a minimum 3-year warranty with optional extended coverage. Our LiFePO4 cells are rated for 6,000+ cycles at 80% DoD, typically lasting 15+ years in normal operation.
Do you ship to Vietnam and how long does delivery take?
Yes, we have a dedicated Vietnam warehouse and logistics network. Standard products are typically in stock and can be delivered within 3-7 business days to major Vietnamese cities (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang). Custom or large orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on configuration.
Can I install the battery system myself?
For small residential systems (12.8V 100Ah, wall-mounted units), DIY installation is possible if you have basic electrical knowledge. However, we strongly recommend professional installation for all 51.2V systems, floor-standing batteries, and commercial BESS. We provide detailed installation manuals and remote technical support for certified installers.
Are your batteries compatible with other brands of inverters?
Yes. BATE Lithium batteries feature standard CAN/RS485 communication protocols compatible with most major inverter brands including Deye, Growatt, Victron, SMA, and GoodWe. Our technical team can provide communication protocol documentation for integration with your existing system.

What is the difference between NKH and ES inverters?
NKH is our off-grid hybrid inverter series (1.2-12 kW) designed for areas with unreliable grid power. It features built-in MPPT solar charger, less than 10ms transfer time, and works with 12V/24V/48V batteries. ES is our premium hybrid series (6-12 kW) with higher efficiency (over 97.6%), dual MPPT channels, and parallel connection support up to 72 kW. ES is ideal for homes with stable grid access that want solar self-consumption and backup.
