  1. Shipping and Delivery Policy
    We offer standard shipping to any address worldwide. However, please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and Jurong Island. At Frontline, we deliver to most countries where our logistics partners have branches, and while we strive to keep our prices reasonable, our focus is on getting items to you quickly, on time and safely. For a list of countries we deliver to and our charges, you can select your items and go to the checkout page as charges are based on weight and volume. After entering your delivery details, we will automatically calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without any payment or registration.
  2. Order Status and Tracking
    All orders placed from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within two business days of payment confirmation. This may vary due to online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorizations, packaging and dispatch of orders, etc. A confirmation email will be sent once all orders have been received. There are 2 delivery options available to customers for local delivery, standard and express. To better serve you, you can even choose the delivery time from 9am to 10pm, weekdays or Saturdays, whether it is standard or courier. You can check and track the delivery status of your order with our local logistics partner by using your order number. If no one is present to receive the package, an additional redelivery fee will be charged. Please provide your contact number under the address selected at checkout so that the courier can contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances. The time required for international delivery depends on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and its status can be tracked here.
  3. Shipping Methods
    Different products will be delivered in different ways. Local warehouse products will be shipped by courier. International delivery products are shipped by sea or air. The estimated time for local warehouse delivery is 5-8 days. International delivery time: sea freight is 45-65 days, air freight is 7-15 days.
  4. Shipping Cost
    All product prices do not include postage. Postage costs need to be calculated based on detailed addresses. For more questions about shipping costs you can always contact us.
  5. Taxes, Duties and Customs
    For all international orders, you will be required to pay all import taxes, duties and taxes (if any) in accordance with your country’s governing laws to clear customs.
