(1) Will lithium batteries have problems such as leakage and overheating?
Our lithium iron phosphate batteries are fully insulated inside, and the plastic shell is made of ABS+PC synthetic materials, which strengthens the insulation protection and certain heat insulation protection. It can withstand low-intensity vibration and impact, and has a certain waterproof ability, effectively avoiding leakage, overheating and other problems.

(2) What kind of battery is lithium iron phosphate?
Lithium iron phosphate is a battery that does not contain precious metals such as cobalt and nickel. It is synthesized by phosphorus, glucose, and lithium carbonate. It has many advantages, long cycle life, good high temperature resistance, and can still work safely at an ambient temperature of 65℃. It can adapt to harsh high temperature, dry and humid environments. The safety is 80% higher than that of ternary lithium batteries, and it is not easy to burn and explode. After the needle puncture verification by BYD laboratory, there is still no obvious spark when penetrated by a steel needle. BYD Automobile assembles lithium iron phosphate batteries on a large scale as a power source. How are the batteries transported and packaged?
To ensure the safety of battery transportation, the bottom and top of the lithium iron phosphate battery are equipped with shockproof protective cotton materials, and then packed in a carton made of 5 layers of cardboard. The packaging method meets the international battery protection standards. The battery is transported by a transportation company that complies with local regulations.

3. For 51.2v series batteries, we recommend using a 51.2V LiFePO4 battery charger with a charging current ≤ the battery's BMS.

(12) What is the operating temperature of the battery? 
Our battery discharge operating temperature is between -20℃ and 60℃, and the charging temperature is between 0℃ and 50℃.

(13) What is the maximum continuous charge/discharge current of the battery? 
It depends on the built-in BMS. For example, if the battery has a built-in 100A BMS, then its maximum continuous charge/discharge current is 100A.

(14) Can I use BATELITHIUM LiFePO4 lithium batteries as starting batteries? 
No. BATELITHIUM LiFePO4 deep cycle lithium batteries are not intended as starting batteries, but energy storage batteries, do not use them to start anything.

(15) Can I charge LiFePO4 lithium batteries with solar panels? 
Yes, you can charge LiFePO4 lithium batteries with solar panels. You should size your charge controller based on the voltage and current output of your solar array setup. This will ensure that your charge controller can handle and regulate the power from the solar panels.
